Questions
A few questions you could ask me, and how I'd answer. No forms to fill in first.
Example questions
Can you build a booking system for my hair salon?
Yes. How do your clients book now? Phone, paper, an app?
I have an idea for an app, but no budget for a big agency.
That's exactly who I work for. Tell me the idea, I'll tell you honestly what it costs.
How we work
You tell me what you want to build. A sketch, a photo or a plan is enough.
a coffee is enough to startYou get a clear price and timeline, with no surprises afterwards.

yours, ready to useThat depends on what it needs to do. After a first conversation you get a clear proposal with one price, before we start. No surprises afterwards.
That depends on the size. The proposal includes a timeline, and along the way I show you where it stands.
No. Tell me in your own words what you want. A sketch on paper, a photo or an app you like is enough to start.
We start with a conversation. Then you get a proposal with price and timeline. I build, you see it grow, and at delivery you have something that works.
With me, Dimi. You talk to the one who builds it, with no salesperson or project manager in between.
No. My desk is in Westerlo, but I work for clients all over the world. A lot of it simply happens over a video call.
Yes. I look at what's there first and tell you honestly whether improving it or starting over is the better choice.
Yes. A planning tool, a client portal, a dashboard, or a link between programs that don't talk to each other today. Software that fits how you work.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Think of sorting emails, preparing quotes or answering customer questions. If it doesn't solve anything, I'll tell you that too.
I stay reachable. If something goes wrong, you call me. Maintenance and updates are agreed together upfront.
That's set out in black and white in the proposal, before we start.
About
I'm Dimi Logothetis, based in Westerlo, Belgium. I build apps, platforms and websites, from a simple idea to something that works. On the side I draw plans and 3D designs.
I use AI to move faster, but I steer, check and decide myself. I say honestly what's possible and what isn't, and I finish what we start.
I'm building my own apps. The first ones launch this year, and I'll share more then. The aim: products that make someone's work or life noticeably easier, and a studio that grows through good projects and good partnerships.
Honesty, also when something doesn't go to plan. Only promising what I can deliver. And I keep learning: most of what I know, I taught myself by doing it.
Stedi stands for Steffi and Dimi, my wife and me. We've been together for more than twenty years: childhood sweethearts, parents at a young age, married for nine years now, with two kids. We didn't take the obvious path through life, but we always stayed steady. That's the second meaning of the name: standing firm, and growing together into the best version of ourselves.
Family comes first. I plan my work around it, not the other way round.
Contact
The fastest way to reach me is a video call. Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, whatever works for you. I work fully remote: no travel time, and that saves you money too.
Dimi Logothetis, StediStudio. I reply within one working day.
